Use this medication consistently everyday to get the most benefit. If you happen to miss a dose, you can take it once you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, simply skip the one that was missed and return to your regular schedule.

Don't take an additional dose to make up for a dose that is missed. Taking this product more frequently than recommended can lead to more severe or frequent side effects and will not improve your condition.

Be cautious engaging in activities such as driving a car or operating appliances until you understand how Combivent Respimat affects you.

If you are taking this to treat a different condition, ensure that you are informed of what medical condition you have and how Combivent Respimat is meant to treat it. Do not share this medication with others even if they have similar symptoms. They may not get any benefit from treatment with combivent respimat and its use can lead to an adverse reaction.

Treatment may become less effective for symptomatic relief if your symptoms become worse. Contact your doctor if you are still experiencing symptoms after treatment.

Individuals that manage COPD on a regular aerosol bronchodilator who continue to have bronchospasm may need a quick-acting inhaler to relieve sudden symptoms. Combivent Respimat cannot act quickly enough to assist with sudden breathing problems.
