It contains two active ingredients glycopyrronium (an anticholinergic) and formoterol fumarate (a beta-adrenergic agonist). Glycopyrrolate and formoterol fumarate work in two different ways to relax the muscles around your airway. This keeps the airways open and makes breathing easier. They help to prevent the cough, wheezing, shortness of breath and chest tightness associated with COPD.
