Take Amlodipine-Atorvastatin consistently in order to get the full benefit. Take Amlodipine-Atorvastatin at the same time every day. It can take up to 2 weeks for the complete benefit of amlodipine, and up to 4 weeks for the complete benefit of atorvastatin. Continue to take this medication even if you do not feel sick. If Amlodipine-Atorvastatin is prescribed for chest pain you must take it consistently.
