    What is Intrarosa prescribed for?

    The Intrarosa is prescribed for the treatment of moderate to severe pain during sexual intercourse. You can experience painful intercourse due to menopause. It may also be used to treat vulvar and vaginal atrophy.

    Use of Intrarosa Vaginal Tablet?

    The vaginal insert and applicator should only be handled by women whose bladders are empty and who wash their hands beforehand. The vaginal insert should be unwrapped and inserted as directed by your doctor, usually at bedtime, using the applicator provided.

    Make sure you use this medication consistently each day to get the most benefit from it. To make it easier for you to remember, use it at the same time each day.

    Store at room temperature when not in use. Advise your doctor if you are pregnant or intend to become pregnant. It isn't currently known if this contaminates break milk when breast feeding.
